"Car insurance has gone up over 40% in the last 5 years. I have been with this state farm office for over 25 years. Never had my rate go up this much in that amount of time. When I needed a car rental and asked them, I had everything but rental insurance. Was told that they review policy every couple of years with their clients, funny I never got a call to review my policy. How about instead of sending birthday cards and spending money on car wraps you keep peoples policy's down. Oh when I mentioned how my rate went up 40%, I was told "we have a lot of cars that have to be totalled ", that is not my problem, my policy price should not be dictated by other peoples inability to drive safely. Raise everyone's policies because other people suck at driving... that does not sound like insurance, that sounds like I can't pay out so lets charge everyone so my bottom line isn't reduced. I have received emails from my initial one star review, I am sorry you feel bad about a one star review, that is not my problem. I should not be chastised for a fair and honest review. The whole point of google maps reviews is an honest and open platform to keep people informed. This review is just that."
